First, open the downloaded zip compressed folder then unpack the tools.bat to your desktop.
Then, open File explorer and paste this localization: C:\Windows\System32\ to localization bar.
After all, take the tools.bat to the System32 folder. Don't forget 'bout accessing the transfer.
